The member states, or countries (countries within a continent) will function as they are today, but with the change that commercial trade in goods stays within the same continent.

 

Raw materials (goods) according to the Barder system are sold to the Auction House in accordance with the Union's agreed pricing.

Each country as a member of a continent, continues to have its own tradition, culture, etc.

Note, however, that traditions or cultures must not cause suffering to animals, humans or the environment
