About us
Initiators of The Global Peoples movement are citizens from Sweden and Europe who have worked in social policy issues, animal welfare issues, global secular issues and investigative journalism.
OUR VISION
We are convinced that a global change for the future is needed - a complete change of the economic system and a reconstruction of the society.
We are many who feel that the world is developing in the wrong direction. We must break the devastating exploitation of the earth and the escalating economic competition, which has a devastating effect on mankind, animals and the environment.
OUR MISSION
In order to change the future for the better - we need to come together in a joint force. For this we have created a powerful movement that can easily be established in all countries and continents.
Quality of life - all the beings of the earth have the same rights to live in peace and harmony in a healthy environment, accordance with the law of nature - a new future means improvements for all, at all levels - for humans, for animals and for the environment - for the planet.
We must begin to see past national borders as a step into the future. Man exists all over the earth - we are global citizens. As high-thinking beings, we have the ultimate responsibility for future generations - we must not fail.
All people have equal value regardless of ethnicity, national origin, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, family/marital status, disability or medical or genetic condition (race, gender, sexual orientation) - all are global citizens with the same rights and obligations.
Obligation to have compassion for all living beings, caring for sea, land and air - to care now and in the future.
We do not belive in extensive privatization and corporatism; both consequences of capitalism, where privately owned and unaccountable large corporations have replaced the government in setting policy and making decisions. They manipulate, infiltrate, control, bribe, are contracted by and function as government.
